Job summary

Evergreen Real Estate Services seeks a Maintenance Technician for Westwood Terrace in Moline, IL. This full-time role covers general maintenance, preventive tasks, and grounds upkeep, with a focus on timely, quality repairs.

You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, maintain records, and mentor junior staff under supervision. A High School diploma or GED and at least 2 years of residential maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential or multifamily maintenance.
• Trade certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues; escalate complex or specialty repairs as needed.
• Ensure make-ready repairs are completed on schedule and to standard.
• Provide feedback on recurring problems and suggest long‑term solutions or procedural improvements.
• Maintain accurate records for all completed work orders and inspections.
