Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Shreveport, LA to service multifamily properties. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and make-readies, while supporting on-call rotations and maintaining high operational standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of maintenance experience across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance diagnostics, with a High School diploma or GED. EPA certification is preferred; CPO certification where applicable is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience, multifamily preferred
• Intermediate level skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
• Working knowledge of appliances
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns
• Diagnose and repair intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections
• Participate in move-in/move-out inspections
• Maintain inventory and shop organization
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests
• Demonstrate safe operation of tools and equipment
• Complete required safety and compliance training
