Vintage Realty Company in Shreveport, Louisiana is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical integrity of the community. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of maintenance experience, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. Responsibilities include managing the make-ready process for vacant units, completing work orders, and performing inspections. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of apartment/multi‑family experience.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance‑specific experience.
• Customer‑service oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage apartment make‑ready process for vacant units.
• Complete assigned work orders for repairs and improvements.
• Conduct appliance repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, locks, and sheetrock maintenance.
• Perform property and vacant unit inspections.
• Use basic hand tools and power tools.
• Assist in organizing and securing parts and storage areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as needed.
