Job summary

Cencora in Lebanon, IN is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee preventive maintenance for facility equipment and material handling systems. You will ensure effective schedules, supervise a team of Maintenance Support Specialists, and coordinate with outside vendors on contracts and repairs.

The role requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering or Facilities/Plant Management, strong electrical knowledge, and experience with CAD/CMMS systems.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Facilities/Plant Management preferred; requires some technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimum 2–4 years related and progressively responsible experience; strong electrical background preferred.
• Complete technical and operational knowledge of industrial mechanical components and systems.
• Complete understanding to troubleshoot complex automated systems controlled by PLCs and microprocessors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance plans and schedules for all facility equipment and systems.
• Diagnose MHE-related issues and perform repairs.
• Manage inventory of spare parts in CMMS environment.
• Coordinate vendor bids for maintenance, janitorial, snow removal, and landscaping contracts.
• Supervise and develop Maintenance Support Specialists.
• Split shifts, nights, weekends, and be on call for downtime incidents.
