Job summary

Cencora Lebanon Distribution Center is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee preventative maintenance for all facility equipment and material handling systems at the Lebanon, IN location (4860 S Indianapolis Rd). The role requires supervising a team of Maintenance Support Specialists, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring uptime of critical MHE and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• BS degree in mechanical engineering or facilities/plant management preferred.
• 2–4 years related experience; strong electrical background preferred.
• Experience in preventive maintenance programs and disaster planning.
• Knowledge of diesel-powered generators, fire pumps, air handling units, and roof-top AC units.
• Ability to read CAD layouts and IPB diagrams; create project cost reports.
• Strong project management, organization, and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures preventive maintenance plans and schedules for all facility equipment and systems.
• Diagnoses MHE-related error conditions and performs repairs.
• Oversees maintenance, modifications, and upgrades of MHE.
• Manages spare parts inventory in a CMMS environment.
• Supervises and develops Maintenance Support Specialists; may work nights/weekends/on-call.
