Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Denver to support its distribution services. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, diagnostics of Materials Handling Equipment, and coordinating upgrades.

You will manage spare parts in CMMS, supervise Maintenance Support Specialists, and work with vendors. Requires a BS in Mechanical Eng or Facilities/Plant Management and 2–4 years experience with electrical knowledge.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or Facilities/Plant Management; some vocational training or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–4 years of related experience; strong electrical background preferred.
• Experience developing preventive maintenance programs and disaster planning; knowledge of MHE systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage preventive maintenance plans for facility equipment.
• Diagnose MHE-related errors and perform repairs in the DC.
• Oversee maintenance, modifications, and upgrades of MHE systems.
• Assess MHE efficiency and specify necessary modifications.
• Manage spare parts inventory in CMMS.
• Coordinate downtime resolutions with vendors and track repairs.
• Lead maintenance staff and supervise Maintenance Support Specialists.
• Provide safety coaching and ensure training for Level 2 staff.
