Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Technician III to perform maintenance and repairs across a multifamily community in Oceanside, CA. Candidates should bring 5+ years of related experience and strong skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, with the ability to supervise others when needed.

The role requires reliable communication, adherence to safety protocols, and a willingness to respond to on-call emergencies. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Five or more years’ related maintenance experience preferred.
• Intermediate level understanding in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, appliance repair.
• Certifications preferred HVAC and EPA.
• Some supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to follow directions and safety procedures.
• Extensive knowledge of appliances and safe tool handling.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be available for on-call work.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on building systems and appliances in a multifamily community.
• Lead or supervise maintenance staff when needed.
• Respond to on-call service requests and emergencies.
• Complete repairs within LMH standards and 24-hour response window.
• Maintain and update service requests using LMH workflow tools.
• Travel to different locations as required and adhere to safety standards.
