Bozzuto is hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician in Roselle, IL. You will troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and security systems across residential properties, ensuring safety and code compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in residential property management.
• HVAC/EPA certification strongly preferred; experience with electrical, plumbing or appliance repair.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs occasionally and 25–50 lbs frequently; on-call for after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and adjust control systems; maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation and security systems.
• Maintain property assets with advanced skills; participate in preventative maintenance.
• Respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with technicians; ensure safety standards and codes compliance.
• Work weekends or evenings and be on call for emergencies.
