Zusammenfassung

Allegion seeks an experienced A-Level Maintenance Technician for the Pico Rivera, CA facility. You will diagnose and repair complex electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems while supporting TPM initiatives to improve equipment reliability and OEE.

Expect advanced electrical troubleshooting, motor control work, welding and fabrication, and adherence to strict safety standards including LOTO. Off-shift or weekend work may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Technical degree or equivalent experience in Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Industrial Mechanics, or related field.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with electric motor maintenance, industrial electrical systems, fabrication, and plumbing/water systems.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for electrical and mechanical systems, including reading schematics.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work off-shift when required.
• TPM certification or formal TPM training preferred.
• Certifications in industrial electrical maintenance and/or welding preferred.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and predictive maintenance technologies preferred.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting on motors, controls, drives, relays, and circuits.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, and power distribution.
• Fabrication, welding, and metalworking to support equipment reliability.
• Install, maintain water distribution systems, pumps, and valves.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules and analyze failures in CMMS.
• Support TPM initiatives, participate in RCA, and improve OEE with production teams.
• Ensure maintenance follows quality and safety standards including LOTO.
