Job summary

The role requires strong customer service, technical skills across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, and the ability to train others while coordinating with contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of maintenance experience, or 4 years with EPA 608 Universal.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one or more assets and supervise maintenance staff and technicians, coordinating activities.
• Ensure company safety and environmental policies are followed.
• Deliver high resident satisfaction through responsive, professional service.
• Maintain 24/7 maintenance coverage via rotating on-call schedule.
