• Commitment to continuous learning to achieve increasing levels of expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform highly technically complex tasks with independence and sometimes decision-making.
• Diagnose and repair complex machinery, perform preventive maintenance and ensure production efficiency.
• Support operators around machine reliability and collaborate with production teams to solve problems.
