Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in maintenance or industrial machinery.

• Able to read blueprints and schematics.
• Must lift up to 100 pounds and work in a be airborne environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize equipment to ensure high performance and production continuity.
• Diagnose complex issues, perform advanced repairs, and lead preventive maintenance.
• Support safe, efficient operations and train others as needed.
• Respond to emergencies within 30 minutes and maintain clean work areas.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet production goals.
