Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Proficiency with PLC systems.
• Maintain Perdue Farms QEW Certification.
• Willingness to demonstrate/achieve Maintenance Tech III proficiency within 10 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex machinery, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure production efficiency.
• Provide operators with support around machine reliability and collaborate with other technicians.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment setup and production changeovers.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly and follow safety and quality protocols.
• Maintain work records and prepare clear oral and written reports.
