Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 7 years maintenance experience or 4 years with EPA 608 Universal.
• Certifications or designations in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance Repair or Carpentry.
• Strong customer service skills; ability to diagnose problems and implement repairs.
• Advanced knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry; train others in trades.
• Strong written and verbal communication; strong time management; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assets and supervise maintenance staff; direct projects and coordinate with contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Deliver high resident satisfaction through responsive, professional interactions.
• Maintain 24/7 maintenance coverage on a rotating on-call schedule.
