Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a plant.
• Strong tubing and piping abilities.
• Experience with instrumentation, electrical and/or mechanical systems preferred.
• Experience working in a safety-conscious environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose equipment failures and identify root causes.
• Run tubing and piping, and perform general maintenance.
• Replace or repair defective mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical components.
• Troubleshoot pumps, compressors, gearboxes, motors, mixers, and valves.
• Read electrical schematics, P&IDs, manuals, and drawings.
• Follow safety programs and LOTO procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping in shops and work areas.
• Relocate power lines and decommission electrical panels.
