Job summary

Air Liquide Large Industries in Pasadena, TX is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep our plant equipment safe, reliable and efficient through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.

You will service mechanical, electrical and instrumentation systems, follow PM schedules, diagnose issues, and document work orders in CMMS while adhering to safety policies and LOTO procedures. On-call rotation participation is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED is essential.
• Preferred: Associate degrees in industrial maintenance or vocational certificates in HVAC, welding, or machining.
• Experience: 1–3 years in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or similar roles.
• System Knowledge: Hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Technical Reading: Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• CMMS: Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems is often required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment (pumps, compressors, valves, motors, control systems, cryogenic units).
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules, inspections, and calibrations.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions, diagnose root causes, and implement repairs.
• Document work orders and manage parts inventory using CMMS.
