Job summary

LGI foundation seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to assure daily operations of plant equipment, machinery, and facilities. This role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely repair across complex systems.

You'll work in a fast-paced industrial setting, perform routine electrical tasks, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining safety and quality standards. Experience and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Trade school or associate degree related to industrial maintenance preferred.
• 5+ years in an industrial manufacturing setting required.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance checks on equipment required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard exchange replacements on wear or outdated components (rail, slide rail, roller, belts, etc.).
• Perform run-off surface descaling (cooling towers).
• Conduct pulley and engine alignment and other easy settings.
• Perform preventive maintenance: inspection, lubrication, tolerances, pumps, motors, compressors, instrumentation.
• Repair, replace and maintain electrical fixtures and outlets as needed.
• Document maintenance reports and log repair work.
• Mentor team members and support maintenance operations.
