Job summary

Covenant Living Communities & Services, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to provide skilled maintenance across the facility buildings, grounds and equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs and inspections to ensure safety and comfort for residents and staff.

The role requires 1+ year of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. On-call availability, strong teamwork and safe operation of tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of machinery, equipment and systems used in facilities maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and repair a range of equipment and systems.
• Familiarity with safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work requests and preventative maintenance orders.
• Inspect facilities and systems for safety and cleanliness and identify repairs.
• Use hand tools and small power tools and maintain equipment in safe condition.
• Assist with event setups, deliveries and moves as needed.
• Troubleshoot building and equipment issues as they arise.
