Job summary

Safran is seeking an HSE Project Coordinator to support and advance Health, Safety, and Environmental programs for jet engine test cell projects worldwide. You will collaborate with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and customers to develop project-specific safety plans and train field personnel, ensuring regulatory and client compliance.

Experience: 3–7 years in HSE, strong knowledge of OSHA, risk assessment, and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Safety, Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of HSE experience in construction, industrial manufacturing, aerospace, energy or similar technical industries.
• Experience working with international projects and diverse regulatory environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage health, safety program and system for field projects.
• Develop project HSE plans and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate training and qualification programs for field personnel.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and customer requirements.
