You will oversee preventative work, respond quickly to issues, and collaborate with a team to uphold service standards.

The role requires 2–5 years in residential maintenance, HVAC expertise with EPA certification, strong communication, and the flexibility for after-hours coverage including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in residential property management.
• Team oriented with attention to detail and reliability.
• HVAC and EPA Certification strongly preferred.
• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and/or Appliance Repair expertise.
• Physical ability to lift 50–100 lb occasionally and 25–50 lb frequently, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation and security systems.
• Maintain property assets with advanced maintenance skills.
• Respond quickly to deficiencies found in preventative maintenance inspections.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Technicians to complete the Preventative Maintenance Program.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours.
• Ensure timely follow-up with residents, vendors and management.
• Adhere to building codes and safety standards.
• Work weekends/evenings and be on-call for emergencies.
