Job summary

Fairfield Homes, Inc. is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance across a regional portfolio. You will lead a team that supports residents, perform repairs, and uphold safety and curb appeal across multiple properties.

Required are five years of maintenance experience, two years of supervisory work, and universal EPA HVAC certification or the ability to obtain within a year. Strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of property maintenance experience in regional, multi-site, or large-site (500+ units) settings.
• Two (2) years of direct management experience or participation in a qualifying management program.
• HVAC certification (Type II, Type III or Universal) or ability to acquire within one year.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize life and value of physical assets across the portfolio.
• Deliver the highest level of service to residents and guests.
• Perform and oversee all repair and maintenance services in the portfolio.
• Maintain safe conditions and curb appeal throughout the portfolio.
• Acquire, manage and retain on-site talent, including hiring, training and evaluating performance.
