Job summary

Fairfield Residential seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician for Rowlen Apartments. You will perform daily maintenance tasks, diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, and supervise outside contractors to keep the property safe and well-maintained.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, HVAC-EPA Type II or EPA Universal, and a valid driver's license. Two+ years in property maintenance and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC-EPA Type II or EPA Universal preferred; certification required within 90 days.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license strongly preferred; obtain within 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance tasks and diagnose/repair issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliances.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain pool, hot tub and other amenities; ensure safety and cleanliness of buildings and grounds.
• Schedule and document preventative maintenance and apartment turns.
• Supervise duties and outside contractors when needed; coordinate move-ins/outs.
• Support safety meetings and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain inventory and assist in purchasing materials and supplies.
• Engage residents during functions and post notices as needed.
