Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners in Atlanta, GA seeks a Maintenance Technician III to handle complex work orders, mentor junior technicians, and lead preventative maintenance efforts. HVAC certification and experience in electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair are required.

This role requires a High School diploma, 3 years in apartment maintenance, EPA/HVAC and CPO certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical.
• Valid Driver's License and EPA/HVAC Certification and CPO Certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status per company standards.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete preventative maintenance per guidelines in company policy.
• Maintain building and grounds daily and support on-call emergency rotations.
• Lead, mentor, and train maintenance team.
