Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners in Atlanta is seeking dependable, motivated maintenance professionals to handle complex work orders, mentor junior techs, and lead preventative maintenance efforts. You should hold HVAC certification and have experience in electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.

We offer a path to grow your skills and build a career, with on-site schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and participation in an on-call rotation for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical. Prior supervisory or lead technician experience strongly preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License; EPA/HVAC Certification; CPO Certification

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status in preparation for the next move-in and per company standard.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Completion of preventative maintenance according to the guidelines outlined in company policy.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to the maintenance team.
