Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician III to diagnose and repair tasks, mentor junior techs, and lead preventative maintenance in a thriving apartment community.

Expect responsibilities including making-ready vacant units, pool upkeep, and adherence to safety standards. A valid driver’s license and HVAC certification are required, with leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade; supervisory or lead tech experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License; EPA/HVAC Certification; CPO Certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all service requests meet Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status for next move-in.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete preventative maintenance according to company policy.
