Qualifications

• High School or GED or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical.
• Valid Driver's License, EPA/ HVAC Certification, and CPO Certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status in preparation for the next move-in and per company standard.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete preventative maintenance according to the guidelines outlined in company policy.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to the maintenance team.
