Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to handle complex maintenance tasks in our apartment communities in Warner Robins, GA. The role requires HVAC certification, strong repair skills in electrical and plumbing, and the ability to mentor junior technicians.

You will oversee preventative maintenance, supervise a maintenance team, and respond to service requests while upholding Hawthorne standards and safety policies. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade (HVAC, electrical, or plumbing).
• HVAC certification is required.
• Leadership or supervisory/lead technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Mentor junior technicians and lead preventative maintenance efforts.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments for move-ins.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning; follow safety guidelines.
