Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances.
• Completes service requests in a timely manner and adheres to standards.
• Ensures vacant apartments are rent-ready promptly; performs turnkey work as needed.
• Conducts preventative maintenance on community systems and facilities.
• Maintains safety by following AvalonBay policies and reporting hazards.
