Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the Center's facilities. This role includes supervising staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining the functional integrity of the premises.

Candidates must have a minimum of five years of facility maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC and plumbing. An associate degree is preferred, along with supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in building or facility maintenance required.
• Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, boilers, and applicable building codes and safety standards.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and facility systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to building systems.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with applicable codes and regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of facilities.
• Supervise maintenance staff in the absence of management.
