Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to ensure safety, comfort, and functionality across our apartment communities. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and various systems, while maintaining high service standards and coordinating with teams to handle work orders efficiently.

You will mentor junior technicians, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure units are rent-ready with timely turnover.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• HVAC certifications (CFC) or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and safety systems.
• Assist with organizing and completing work orders and maintenance tasks.
• Complete repairs in a timely manner per company standards and safety policies.
• Ensure vacant units and garages are rent-ready, including turnover tasks.
• Train and oversee Maintenance Technicians I and II on projects.
• Perform preventive maintenance across properties.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for maintenance needs.
