Job summary

Niagara Albuquerque facility is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment uptime through troubleshooting and repair across bottling lines. You will develop and implement maintenance best practices, train team members, and coordinate with production leadership on continuous improvement projects.

Requirements include a strong background in high-speed beverage manufacturing, experience with major packaging equipment, and the ability to lead and train others.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in maintenance manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 6 years in the current position.
• 4 years managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and enforce safety and GMP standards plant-wide.
• Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures.
• Lead projects involving continuous improvement and upgrades.
• Perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
• Create SOPs for troubleshooting and upload to BDA system.
