Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in California seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead complex troubleshooting and repairs on bottling lines and facility systems. You will guide junior technicians and ensure safe, efficient operation on a high-output site.

The role requires 8+ years in high-speed manufacturing, CMMS proficiency, and a readiness to support harvest-season 24/7 operations. Winery experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

8+ years of maintenance experience in a high-speed manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills without direct supervision.
Experience in food and beverage, CPG, bottling, or similar high-speed production environments preferred; winery experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to provide informal technical guidance to junior technicians.

Responsibilities

Perform complex troubleshooting and repair across mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
Execute critical preventive and corrective maintenance on production, bottling, and facility systems.
Serve as a technical resource and mentor to Maintenance Technician Level 3 colleagues; provide field guidance during complex repairs.
Support planned and unplanned shutdowns, including preparation, execution, and post-work inspection.
