Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician Level 3 to join our high-speed bottling facility in Napa, CA. You will perform first-response maintenance, preventive inspections, and electrical/mechanical repairs, working with senior technicians to manage workload independently.

Past experience in high-speed manufacturing is required; winery experience is a plus. The role involves flexible shifts during harvest season and requires comfort with 50 lb lifts and CMMS documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on maintenance experience.
• Solid mechanical and electrical skills; troubleshoot without constant supervision.
• High-speed manufacturing experience required; winery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-response maintenance and inspections across mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks per schedule; document work accurately in the CMMS.
• Diagnose and repair routine-to-intermediate mechanical and electrical issues independently.
• Support the bottling line and production operations.
• Assist Senior Technicians during complex repairs, shutdowns, and equipment modifications.
• Conduct building walk-throughs to identify and report potential issues.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and CBRE procedures.
• Participate in harvest season 24/7 operations with modified shift structure.
