Job summary

The Wine Group is seeking a Bottling Senior Manager to lead all aspects of Technical Operations across bottling, maintenance, and warehouse functions in California. This role emphasizes safety, quality, cost control, and performance optimization, mentoring leaders and building a strong talent pipeline.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in manufacturing operations and at least 5 years leading a team, with a BS degree preferred in engineering or a related technical field.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in manufacturing operations.
• 5+ years’ experience leading a manufacturing team.
• Bachelor of Science degree strongly preferred, ideally in Engineering or technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bottling and Warehouse Operations to achieve safety, quality, and performance goals.
• Direct daily Technical Operations through managers and supervisors.
• Collaborate with QA, Cellar, Warehouse, Planning, HR, Supply Chain, and Engineering to improve Bottling Operations and site performance.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets.
