Job summary

Bronco Wine Company, a family-owned producer founded in 1973, seeks a Level III Bottling Line Maintenance Mechanic for our Ceres, CA facility. This full-time role focuses on bottling line equipment operation, advanced electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, and PLC integration to sustain OEE targets.

Willingness to work varying shifts and collaborate with Supervisors, QA and engineers is essential. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in plant maintenance (or 14+ with CPR/first aid), with strong PLC

Qualifications

• Two-year certification in automotive, marine, machining/welding, industrial electrical & controls, or aviation maintenance with at least 10 years’ experience in a plant manufacturing environment, preferably high-speed beverage manufacturing.
• Or at least fourteen (14) years’ experience with Senior Mechanic/Mechanic III/Industrial Electrician title and CPR Certification and first aid mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Understand ISO 9001, HACCP and GMP requirements and processes.
• Strong command of bottling line machinery and controls.
• Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and modify ladder logic; support PLC programming.
• Wire and rewire control panels for line equipment.
• Knowledge of VFDs and PLC controls.
• Communicate with Supervisors, Line Workers, QA, and Managers.
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance to keep lines in top condition.
