Job summary

Primo Brands is seeking an Technical Lead A / Maintenance in Lee, FL. The role covers troubleshooting, repair, and line startup on a 12-hour night schedule (5:00 PM–5:00 AM) with weekend/holiday flexibility.

The candidate will mentor operators, follow SOPs, and drive uptime for high-speed beverage manufacturing lines. Requirements include 2 years supervisory maintenance experience, SAP/CMMS proficiency, and strong electrical/mechanical skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years direct line supervision of maintenance employees or demonstrated leadership.
• 1-2 years experience with SAP maintenance systems including storeroom inventory.
• Background with preventive maintenance systems in manufacturing.
• Maintenance skills in electricity, power transmission and piping.
• Good computer skills including CMMS, MS Office, PLCs.
• Strong troubleshooting and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Team-oriented with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Highly motivated with sense of urgency to complete tasks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with plant support equipment (air compressors, pumps, chillers, boilers) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support operators through troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing equipment.
• Learn and understand all SOPs for mechanic and operator level positions.
• Be familiar with operating all equipment and parameters.
• Train at each machine center and assist other team members as needed.
• Execute work orders including special projects, rebuilds and installations.
• Work with urgency to repair and startup the line quickly.
• Develop knowledge of basic maintenance principles; intermediate electrical troubleshooting.
• Execute PMs during planned stoppages; install, document procedures, and close work orders.
• Work with vendors for startup, improvement and modification of equipment.
• Train operators on equipment standards and training modules.
• Identify losses and develop plans to reduce downtime by addressing high-loss machines.
