Job summary

Primo Brands is a leading branded beverage company with a rich portfolio and a nationwide distribution network. The role offers a night shift schedule and a starting hourly rate with planned increases after 90 and 180 days.

The successful candidate will perform preventive and reactive maintenance on production lines, work with PLCs and motors, and help optimize equipment uptime while collaborating with operators and teammates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills; PLC experience desired.
• Experience with CMMS or ERP systems; SAP experience helpful.
• Able to lift 100 lbs and pull 120 lbs as needed.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and execute preventative maintenance (PM) per schedule to minimize downtime.
• Complete reactive maintenance on production lines to repair mechanical, electrical, and structural components.
• Create retrofits and fabrication, perform machine teardown/repair and work on PLCs, VFDs, and motors.
• Coach operators and peers on maintenance and equipment settings.
• Participate in special projects involving equipment upgrades or installations.
• Ensure daily production schedule is met and maintain vendor relationships.
