Job summary

Mark Anthony Group is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a 12-hour night shift (2-2-3 schedule) at our Columbia facility. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain highly automated production machinery to keep lines running and meet efficiency goals.

Responsibilities include predictive maintenance, reading schematics, managing parts in CMMS, and coordinating with production without disrupting operations. Prior experience in beverage manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associates degree or higher in a technical field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience in high-speed manufacturing.
• Safe use of hand and power tools; read schematics; repair drives/controllers.
• Experience with CMMS and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain automated production machinery.
• Read schematics and repair drives, controllers, and sensors.
• Plan and perform predictive/preventive maintenance.
• Maintain maintenance records and PM work orders.
• Coordinate with production to minimize downtime.
