Job summary

Candidates should have extensive electrical maintenance experience, CMRT or similar accreditation, and strong problem-solving skills. The position emphasizes safety, GMP compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 10+ yrs experience or Relevant Certificate with 5+ yrs experience or Associates technical degree with 3+ yrs experience, or proficient in two or more skilled maintenance functions.
• Electrical experience with motors, controls, PLCs.
• CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired.
• Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e. machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools).
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows).

• Supports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site.
• Understands and follows all safety and GMP regulations.
