Job summary

Manpower Engineering is partnering with a leader in medical device manufacturing to hire a Senior Maintenance Technician for our Minneapolis site. This role is onsite and pays $36-$40 per hour with direct-hire intent.

You will perform maintenance on a wide range of equipment, support equipment installations, and help ensure production schedules are met. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with 5+ years of maintenance experience when carrying an AA, or 15+ years without an AA,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience with an AA or two-year technical degree, or 15+ years without an AA.
• Strong ability to read and interpret specifications/prints and schematics.
• Experience with motors, fans, VFDs, and basic machine repairs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production equipment to maximize uptime and meet production schedules.
• Coordinate maintenance with the area lead and follow production build plans.
• Perform RCA during equipment malfunctions and implement fixes.
