Job summary

TekWissen Group is partnering with a leading medical technology company to hire a Manufacturing Technician / Lab Technician / Lab Assistant for a 12-month onsite assignment in Minneapolis, MN. The role focuses on installing and ramping up manufacturing equipment, gathering production data, performing repairs and retests, and maintaining machine control systems.

Ideal candidates have two years of vocational training and up to one year of related experience, with basic knowledge of manufacturing

Qualifications

2 year vocational training with up to 1 year of related experience.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing principles and procedures.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

Completes manufacturing equipment related installations and ramp-ups.
Gathers, records and analyzes production information.
Performs repair and retest for product and/or manufacturing facilities.
Oversees use of machine control systems and their use in manufacturing equipment.
Completes estimates of requirements arising from process changes.
Resolves manufacturing related problems affecting daily operations.
May develop and verify manuscripts for use with machine control systems to support manufacturing requirements.
