Job summary

London Approach seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Minneapolis, MN production team. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. On-site position with potential overtime to support production needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and resolve problems.
• Repair and maintain presses and other production equipment.
• Monitor recurring failures and identify root causes.
• Coordinate with supervisors on repair schedules and downtime.
• Perform electrical repairs within knowledge scope and conduct preventative maintenance with operators.
