• HVAC certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and infrastructure.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled maintenance team.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and address safety and compliance issues.
• Partner with vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and service contracts.
• Monitor budgets and manage facility-related expenses.
• Use data and root cause analysis to drive maintenance prevention planning
• Contribute to CAPEX planning and future equipment strategy

Overview

Title: Maintenance Manager (multi-site)

Location: Minneapolis, MN area

In this leadership role, you’ll ensure that critical equipment and infrastructure are maintained, safe, and operating at peak efficiency. You’ll also guide a team of technicians, optimize preventive maintenance programs, and collaborate cross-functionally to minimize downtime and support operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement preventive maintenance (PM) programs for all equipment and infrastructure
• Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled maintenance team - 6 Techs
• Conduct routine facility inspections and address safety and compliance issues
• Partner with vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and service contracts
• Build a parts inventory strategy to reduce downtime and support continuous operations
• Use data and root cause analysis to drive maintenance prevention planning
• Contribute to CAPEX planning and future equipment strategy
• Monitor budgets and manage facility-related expenses
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including HR, IT, and Operations
