Job summary
Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to diagnose, repair, and lead preventative maintenance efforts across communities. You will mentor junior technicians, prepare units for move-ins, and support pool and grounds maintenance while enforcing Hawthorne standards.
Qualifications include HVAC certification, EPA, and CPO; minimum 3 years in maintenance with supervisory experience preferred.
Qualifications
- High School or GED required with 3+ years in apartment maintenance or skilled trades.
- EPA/HVAC certification and CPO certification required.
- Valid driver's license; prior supervisory or lead technician experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance to meet Hawthorne standards.
- Repair vacant apartments to make-ready status for new move-ins.
- Assist with pool maintenance and general grounds upkeep.
- Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to the maintenance team.
- Participate in on-call emergency service rotation and uphold safety guidelines.
