Job summary

Sotera Health in Indiana seeks a Sr. Maintenance Technician to perform daily facility maintenance and scheduled preventative maintenance on processing equipment.

You will troubleshoot mechanical failures, propose corrective actions, and carry out repairs to keep operations running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include leading small projects, coordinating with operations and outside contractors, and adhering to safety programs.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or certificate required.
• 7 years of maintenance experience in a processing/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine daily maintenance and scheduled preventative maintenance on processing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures, identify causes, and implement timely repairs.
• Provide data, order materials, and coordinate with supervisors and contractors.
• Lead small projects on equipment enhancements and reliability programs.
