Job summary

Sotera Health, via its Sterigenics business, seeks an E-beam Engineer to drive growth, manage engineering projects, and support maintenance across global electron beam plants.

The role reports to the Director of Electron Beam Engineering and requires a solid electrical engineering foundation, 4+ years of experience, and willingness to travel up to 50%. Work spans from design to execution within a safety- and quality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years engineering experience with autonomous technical and project management responsibilities.
• Experience supporting field service activities such as equipment troubleshooting and repair.
• Regulatory environment knowledge – FDA; experience in FDA-regulated environments is a plus.
• Strong communication skills; ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Expand capacity to support growth across electron beam plants.
• Coordinate, report and manage scope, schedule and budget for projects/initiatives.
• Utilize structured project management methodologies and KPIs to track progress.
• Support TPM program and maintenance initiatives and equipment improvements.
• Travel up to 50% to facilities as needed.
