You’ll own preventive maintenance, documentation, and safety, while developing the team and managing budgets. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $112,000 based on experience, with full-time benefits and on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong electrical/electronic troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to read and understand engineering schematics.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance function and a team of four professionals.
• Oversee preventive maintenance for machinery, buildings, and systems.
• Ensure PM is on schedule and well documented.
• Maintain EAM system and up-to-date records.
• Troubleshoot equipment and escalate to Engineering when needed.
• Coordinate facility improvement and engineering projects.
