Roberts Resorts & Communities in Willis, AR is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventative maintenance across the community facilities, grounds, and utilities, delivering exceptional service to residents.

You will join a team-focused environment, follow safety procedures, complete checklists, and prepare concise reports while maintaining property standards and readiness for daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• General maintenance knowledge across plumbing, electrical, and grounds.
• Proficient with hand tools, power equipment and machinery.
• Ability to provide legible written reports.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• On-call availability for after-hours emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical integrity of community and clean living environment.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance.
• Replace lightbulbs, remove trash, paint and repair as needed.
• Assist with groundskeeping, pool maintenance, housekeeping and notices.
• Inspect, clean and repair facilities like clubhouse and pools.
• Complete minor repairs to utilities and streets.
• Document maintenance tasks and prepare reports.
• Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment.
