Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of our community while delivering a high-quality living experience for residents. You will respond to maintenance requests promptly, including after-hours on-call duties, and perform routine inspections to meet safety and quality standards.

We require 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience, knowledge of pool service, the ability to lift 75 lbs, weekend shifts, and a high school diploma

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Basic maintenance skills and knowledge of pool service required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs and work 8–12 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds based on community objectives.
• Follows practices for safe operation, maintenance and repair of all equipment.
• Responds to work orders, including after hours on-call maintenance.
• Assists with inspection of public areas and resident apartments to ensure standards.
• Follows EPA and health/safety record-keeping requirements for systems including AC/refrigeration.
• Keeps storage areas, tools, and equipment secure at all times.
• Participates in Cardinal U training as required.
