Job summary

Centerspace is seeking a maintenance professional to support our Centennial portfolio, ensuring efficient maintenance operations, timely repairs, and a safe, well-maintained living environment for residents.

You will coordinate with the Community Manager and regional teams, perform HVAC, electrical and plumbing tasks, and mentor junior staff while delivering reliable, high-quality service to tenants. Strong customer service and accountability are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to ensure goals and time frames are met.
• Excellent customer-service skills; ability to work with tenants and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems as needed.
• Coordinate with property management and vendors to complete work.
• Lead maintenance staff and mentor teammates.
• Participate in emergency procedures and safety compliance.
